Qualification and Experience:
Dy General Manager/ Sr Manager (Projects- Metallurgy) -> 60% of marks in B.E /B Tech( Metallurgical Engineering) with minimum 12/10 years post qualification experience for DGM/Sr Manager respectively in the area of Operations and Projects in any Medium / Heavy Steel Industry associated with Steel/ Alloy Steel/ Aluminium/ Aluminium Alloy Melting, Casting, Flat & Long product rolling, annealing, Heat treatment, Tungsten/ Metal Powder Production. Experience in products & process of manufacturing using metal powder will have additional leverage. Should have knowledge in preparation of estimates & technical specifications, tendering, evaluation of technical offers. Should have experience in Project Planning-execution & control to avoid cost-time over run, identify risk &mitigation plan.
Asst Manager & Dy Manager (Cold Rolling Mills) -> 4 years full time regular Degree in Metallurgical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university with 60% marks. Essential Experience - Post qualification Experience in Cold Rolling Mills, processing different grades of Stainless Steels of 2 yrs for Asst Manager & 4 yrs for Dy Manager. Project experience is required.
Asst Manager & Dy Manager (Powder Metallurgy) -> 4 years full time regular Degree in Metallurgical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university with 60% marks. Essential Experience - Relevant Post qualification Experience of 2 years for Asst Manager & 4 years for Dy Manager.
