Minimum Qualification and PQ Experience:
Assistant Manager (HR) ->
(1) Graduate (Non-Engg) (Any Discipline) from AICTE/ UGC recognized/ affiliated institutes.
(2) For Grade E1 - Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience. Candidates with 3 Years of post-qualification relevant work experience in HR/IR in Manufacturing Industry.
Assistant Manager (Production) –>
(1) Graduation in Engineering from AICTE/UGC recognized/ affiliated universities or institutes.
(2) For Grade E1 - Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience. Candidates with 3 years of post-qualification experience in shop floor production role in PLC driven sheet.
(2) For Grade E1 - Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience. Candidates with 3 years of post-qualification experience in shop floor production role in PLC driven sheet.
Deputy Manager (Assistant Company Secretary) –>
(1) Candidate with a degree in law would be preferred.
(2) For Grade E2 - 5 years of post-qualification experience in a listed company. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in CPSE.

Deputy Manager (Manufacturing) –>
(1) Graduation in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
